Complied with the new situation of the economical globalization development, China is advancing with steady steps the international economy cooperation and the coordination under FTA. At present the amount of import and export between China and the FrA partner countries has approached 30% of China＇ s total amount of import and export. The implements inside and outside of the FTA have different policies. In order to expand in the area the trade and investment, they implement the tariff preference to cancel the customs duty mutually.
