摘要
在采用无支架缆索吊装技术进行钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋的吊装过程中,消除扣塔偏位对拱肋线形的影响可以提高拱肋吊装精度,确保全桥线形。结合沪蓉西小河特大桥拱肋吊装过程,推导扣塔偏位对拱肋标高的影响公式,介绍偏位的控制方法,并在实际施工中取得良好效果。
In the process of hoisting arch rib of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge with the non-support cable erection technique,eliminating tower deviation to arch rib alignment can improve accuracy, ensure the whole bridge line. Combine the process of rib-hoisting of Hu-Rong West Xiaohe grand bridge, the author deduced the formula of deviation to arch rib elevation, and introduced the control method for deviation in actual construction, and have achieved good results.
