断根进入唇颊侧粘骨膜下9例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 9 Cases of Broken Teeth Roots Displaced into Labiobuccal Submucoperiosteum

目的:了解断根进入唇颊侧粘骨膜下的临床特点和诊治方法。方法:对断根进入唇颊侧粘骨膜下9例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:断根进入唇颊侧粘骨膜下多发生于上颌,临床可表现为前庭沟附近质硬隆起,所有移位断根均通过前庭沟切口顺利去除。结论:断根进入唇颊侧粘骨膜下是拔牙时较为少见的并发症。根尖片比全景片更易确诊。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features and the methods of diagnosis and treatment of broken teeth roots displaced into labiobuccal submucoperiosteum.Methods：The clinical manifestations of 9 cases of broken teeth roots displaced into labiobuccal submucoperiosteum were analyzed. Results：Broken teeth roots displaced into labiobuccal submucoperiosteum always occurred in maxilla and it can cause protuberances near the vestibular.Conclusions：Broken tooth root displaced into labiobuccal submucoperiosteum is a rare complication during teeth extraction and periapical intraoral radiographic examination is more reliable to identify it than a panoramic film.
