摘要
目的:探讨影响颅脑损伤开颅术中急性脑膨出的原因及有效防治措施。方法:回顾分析40例颅脑损伤开颅术中发生急性脑膨出患者的临床资料。结果:急性颅脑损伤开颅术中发生急性脑膨出影响主要原因是迟发性颅内血肿,其预后与颅脑损伤严重程度,有无对冲伤,治疗方法,合并伤和并发症等多因素影响有相关性。结论:密切观察病情变化,选择正确的治疗方法,积极防治各种并发症是降低急性颅脑膨出病残率和病死率的关键。
Objective：To study the risk factors and effective treatment of acute encephalocele during brain trauma operation.Methods：The clinical data of 40 patients with acute encephalocele patients were aralyzed retrospectively. Results：The main reason was delayed intracranial hematoma. Aunte diffusive brain edma was related with severity of brain trauma treatment associated injury and complications. Conclusions：Close observation,correct treatment and prevention complications can lower the mortality and morbidity.
