摘要
利用金相显微镜、布氏硬度计分析了随流孕育处理对WD615汽缸盖金相组织和断面敏感性的影响。结果表明,汽缸盖采用0.10%的Si-Zr随流孕育处理,能够消除薄壁处的D型石墨和碳化物,获得均匀分布的A型片状石墨,并改善了其断面均匀性。用Si-Zr孕育剂进行随流孕育处理在WD615汽缸盖生产中取得了良好的效果。
The effects of instant stream inoculation process on the microstructure and section sensitivity of WD615 Cylinder Cap were investigated by optical microscopy and Brinell hardness tester.The results showed that graphite of type D and carbide in the thin wall of the Cylinder Cap were eliminated and type A flake shape graphite evenly distributes on the matrix with instant stream inoculation of 0.10% Si-Zr inoculant.It also improves section sensitivity and microstructure uniformity with instant stream inoculation process.Good result has been obtained by applying instant stream inoculation process to production of WD615 Cylinder Cap.
