摘要
科技中小企业的持续、快速和健康发展,依托于高效的运营效率。对于成长型科技中小企业而言,在实现规模快速扩张的同时,效率则成为为衡量其成长质量的重要标准。首先从82家企业中筛选出46家成长型科技中小企业,然后运用数据包络分析中的几个模型分别对成长型企业的技术效率进行评价并排序,并对企业的纯技术效率、规模效率和规模报酬进行了分析;同时,通过多元回归分析研究了成长速度和技术效率对企业盈利能力的影响;最后,对成长型与非成长型企业的平均效率变化情况作了进一步分析。
The sustainable,rapid and sound development of technological SMEs rely on high operating efficiency,an important criterion of measuring the growth quality of the growth technological SMEs while expanding rapidly.Four models in DEA are used to evaluate the technical efficiency of 46 growth technological SMEs screened from 82 enterprises and rank them.Accordingly,their pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale-returns are analyzed.Then a multiple regression analysis is performed to analyze the impact of growing speed and technical efficiency on earning ability of enterprises.Finally,we further analyze the average efficiency of growth and non-growth technological SMEs.
