油酸单乙醇酰胺醚羧酸活化处理重质碳酸钙的研究

Research on surface activation of heavy calcium carbonate by oleic acid amide ether carboxylic acid

采用单因素考察法考察了油酸单乙醇酰胺醚羧酸活化处理重质碳酸钙的工艺条件,并采用正交实验进行优化,得到优化工艺条件为活化剂用量2%,活化温度55℃,活化时间45 min。在此条件下,沉降体积为1.6 mL/g,产品吸油值36.5 mL/100 g,粘度170 mPa.s,pH7.74。

The study about surface activation of heavy calcium carbonate by using oleic acid amide ether carboxylic acid was introduced. And a series of influence factors such as the activation time, activation temperature and the dosage of activators on activate process were researched by single factor and orthogo- nal experiment. The optimum parameters were as follows：2% of activators,55 ℃ ,for 45 min. Sedimenta- tion volume is 1.6 mL/g. Results of property analysis is that oil absorption value 36.5 mL/100 g,viscosi- ty 170 mPa · s, pH 7.74.
