摘要
实现一种"RFID识别+图像识别"的自动车辆识别系统。该系统的实施既能实现对内部车辆的调度和出入控制管理,提高识别率,又能实现对外部车辆的有效监控,包括对外部车辆信息的采集和记录、存储,以达到车辆管理更科学、高效、安全的目的。
Implement an Automatic Vehicle Identification System base-on Radio Frequency Identification and the image recognition.The implementation of the system can achieve the attemperment and the out-in control management of cars and improve the quality of the vehicle identification,it also can achieve the efficient supervision for external cars including collection,register and storage of their information,so it attains to the aim which is more technological,more efficient and more safer.
