机抖激光陀螺温度场的有限元模拟与实验 被引量:16

摘要 为了研究机抖激光陀螺内在热源对陀螺性能的影响,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了机抖激光陀螺的温度场模型,对有限元模型进行了温度场仿真分析。描述了有限元模型的简化方法,介绍了材料热参数的处理及热生成率和换热系数的计算方法,最后给出了机抖激光陀螺的稳态温度场1h和3h的瞬态温度场分布,指出了机抖激光陀螺的最高、最低温度分布区域及温度梯度分布情况。设计了高精度的铂电阻测温电路,其测温精度为0.005℃,仿真与实验对比结果表明,计算误差优于2%,验证了模型的正确性和合理性。本文的研究方法可为陀螺盒体内部测温点的选取提供指导意见,有助于提高机抖激光陀螺的温度补偿效果。 In order to research the influence of inner heat sources on the Mechanically Dithered Ring Laser Gyroscopes (MDRLGs),a temperature field model is established with finite element software ANSYS to simulate the temperature fields.Firstly,the finite element model is simplified,and then the disposal of material parameters,calculating methods of heat generation rate and the heat transfer coefficients are explained.Finally,the steady-state temperature field and the transient temperature field in 1 h and 3 h are given,which indicates the highest and lowest temperature regions and the distribution of a temperature gradient.A circuit to measure temperature using a platinum resistor is designed,and its precision is 0.005 ℃.The simulated results are compared with experimental ones and the error is less than 2%,which validates the rationality of the model.This research provides some helps for the selection of the temperature testing points,and improves the effect of temperature compensation for MDRLGs.
