摘要
目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌中P73蛋白、P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白与PCNA蛋白的表达及其相关性,为卵巢癌的临床诊断及治疗包括基因治疗提供实验依据。方法:采用Eli Visionplus免疫组化研究40例上皮性卵巢癌组织、15例正常卵巢组织、25例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织、7例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中P73蛋白、P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白与PCNA蛋白的表达。结果:随着上皮性卵巢癌病理学分级及临床分期增高,①P73蛋白表达率增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但不同病理类型之间差异无统计学意义,在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤与上皮性卵巢癌差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但不同病理类型之间无统计学差异,在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤与上皮性卵巢癌差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③PCNA蛋白表达率增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但不同病理类型之间无统计学差异,在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤与上皮性卵巢癌差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:①P73蛋白、PCNA蛋白表达在上皮性卵巢癌中阳性率升高,并随恶性程度增高而增高。②P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达在上皮性卵巢癌中阳性率降低,并随恶性程度增高而降低,与P73蛋白表达呈负相关。
Objective: To explore the expressions of P73 protein, P21^WAF1/CIP1 protein and PCNA protein in epithelial ovarian cancer aml their correlation, provide a experimental basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment (including gene therapy ) of ovarian cancer. Methods: The expression levels of P73 protein, P21^WAF1/CIP1 protein and PCNA protein in 40 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer, 15 cases with normal ovary, 25 cases with benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 7 cases with borderline epithelial ovarian tumor were detected by EliVision plus immunohistochemical method. Results: The expression rate of P73 protein increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05) , but there was no significant difference among dill)rent pathological types, there was significant differenee in expression rate of P73 protein between benign epithelial ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the expression rate of P21^WAF1/CIP1 protein decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05), but there was no significant difference among different pathological types, there was significant difference in expression rate of P21^WAF1/CIP1 protein between benign epithelial ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer (P 〈0. 05 ) ; the expression rate of PCNA protein increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no significant difference among different pathological types, there was significant difference in expression rate of PCNA protein between benign epithelial ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The positive expression rates of P73 protein and PCNA protein in epithelial ovarian cancer increase with the malignant aggression of epithelial ovarian eancer; the positive expression rate of P21^WAF1/CIP1 protein decreases with the malignant aggression of epithelial ovarian cancer, there is a negative correlation with P73 protein.
