摘要
目的:比较正常妊娠模型大鼠、自然流产模型大鼠、肝素干预模型大鼠胎盘组织乙酰肝素酶、MMP-9表达特征的差异,探讨两者与自然流产的关系。方法:建立正常妊娠大鼠模型、自然流产大鼠模型和肝素干预大鼠模型,采用免疫组化SABC法测定3组模型孕14天胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶和MMP-9的表达。结果:与正常妊娠模型组和肝素干预模型组相比,自然流产模型组大鼠胎盘组织中类肝素酶和MMP-9的表达显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶和MMP-9的表达与自然流产的发生、发展有关,肝素可对自然流产起到一定的预防和治疗作用。
Objective: To compare the expression differences of heparanase and MMP - 9 in rat models of normal pregnancy, spontaneous abortion and heparin intervention spontaneous abortion, explore the relationship between heparitinase, MMP- 9 and spontaneous abortion. Methods: The rat models of normal pregnancy, spontaneous abortion and heparin intervention spontaneous abortion were established. The expression levels of heparanase and MMP - 9 in placental tissues of rat models of 14 gestational clays in the three groups were detected by immunohistoehemieal SABC method. Results: Compared with normal pregnancy group and heparin intervention spontaneous abortion group, the expression levels of heparanase and MMP- 9 in spontaneous abortion group increased significantly (P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The expression levels of heparanase and MMP- 9 in placental tissues are associated with occurrence and development of spontaneous abortion. Heparin may prevent and treat spontaneous abortion to some extent.
