摘要
Calpains是一种胞内半胱氨酸蛋白酶,主要由胞内钙离子浓度的升高所激活。近年来的研究发现calpains与细胞凋亡有关。相关试验表明,活化后的calpains可通过剪切有关凋亡分子蛋白如Bcl-2,Bax,Bid和p53等,以及直接剪切并活化caspase-3、caspase-7等方式,从而参与调控细胞凋亡的病理过程。
Calpains is a family of calium-dependent intracellular neutral cysteine proteases,calpains activation in cells usually is induced by increase of Ca2+ concentration.Recently,calpains are considered to play an important role in apoptosis as experimental data suggested that calpains cleaved many important regulators of apoptosis pathway such as Bcl-2,Bax,Bid and p53,cleave and activate directly caspase-3 or caspase-7.then result cellular apoptosis.
