摘要
WT1基因是人体内一个复杂的基因,它在一些恶性肿瘤患者体内呈现有规律的表达,这使它一直成为多年来研究的热点。WT1在人类多数急性白血病(AL)细胞异常地高表达,而在正常人的骨髓则无表达或极微量表达,提示WT1基因与AL的发生、发展存在密切关系。近年,对该基因的突变、表达水平与AL预后的关系,以及针对该基因的免疫治疗都有新的研究成果。
Wilms′tumor-1 gene（WT1）is a complex gene,it expresses regularly in some cancer patients,so WT1 is hot since many years.WT1 gene expresses significantly in most acute leukemia（AL）cell of human,but it do not express in normal people or only expresses very little in normal marrow,this means that WT1 relates the origen and development of AL closely.In recent years,scholars have achieved results of the relationship between mutation and expression level and prognosis of AL,and Immunotherapy related WT1.
