摘要 肺癌是最常见的肿瘤相关性死亡原因,预后较差,胸部X线及痰细胞筛查不能有效提高生存率。表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术(SELDI-TOF-MS)具有分析速度快、高通量、样品用量少、敏感度高和特异性强等特点,能直接分析组分复杂的生物样品。该技术也成功地用于研究肺癌的肿瘤标志物,在肺癌的早期诊断、治疗和预测预后等方面获得了明显进展。 Lung cancer is the most frequent cause of cancer-related death in the world.Lung cancer screening by chest x-ray and conventional sputum cytology has not been proven effective at improving overall survival.The surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS)is more fast,has a high-throughput capability,needs very little amounts of sample,and can analyze the complex biological mixtures directly with high sensitivity and specificity.This technique has also been successfully used to study tumor biomarkers for lung cancer.It had obtained remarkable progress in the early diagnosis,treatment and forecast prognosis of lung cancer.
