轻比重布比卡因用于高龄患者髋关节置换术的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Combined Spinal-epidural Anesthesia Using Hypobaric Bupivacaine Solution in Senile Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

目的观察轻比重布比卡因用于高龄患者髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法对本院应用轻比重布比卡因进行择期髋关节置换术的40例高龄患者进行回顾性分析,通过观察麻醉过程中血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)及心率的变化情况,总结轻比重布比卡因的麻醉效果。结果40例患者在髋关节置换术中生命体征平稳,麻醉效果满意。麻醉后T1、T2、T3、T4、T5各时间点MAP、心率、SpO2监测结果与麻醉前(T0)比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论轻比重布比卡因在腰-硬联合麻醉用于高龄患者髋关节置换术有明显的可行性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia（CSEA）using hypobaric bupivacaine solution in senile patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods Retrospectively analyzing the 40 senile patients who undergone selective hip replacement anesthetized with hypobaric bupivacaine solution in our hospital.To summarize the anaesthetic effect of hypobaric bupivacaine solution,the change information of SpO2,MAP and heart rate were observed during anesthesia.Results The clinical anaesthesia effect was satisfactory and the hemodynamics were stable in all patients undergoing hip replacement.There was no significant change in hemodynamics（SpO2,MAP and heart rate）between the every time of post-anaesthesia and pre-anaesthesia（allP0.05）.Conclusion CSEA used hypobaric bupivacaine solution is a valuable anesthesia method in senile patients who undergoing hip replacement.
