摘要
选用42日龄的扬州鹅200只,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只,公母各半。日粮能量水平分别为:Ⅰ组10.11 MJ/kg,Ⅱ组11.19MJ/kg,Ⅲ组12.37MJ/kg,Ⅳ组13.45MJ/kg,研究不同能量水平对42~56日龄扬州鹅屠宰性能和生化指标的影响。结果表明:日粮能量水平对56日龄扬州鹅的全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腿脂率、皮下脂肪厚和肌间脂肪宽度的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),显著影响屠宰率和腹脂率(P<0.05);日粮能量水平对血清胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、总蛋白和尿酸的含量影响差异不显著(P>0.05),随着能量水平的升高,血清高密度脂蛋白显著增加(P<0.05),而甘油三酯、极低密度脂蛋白和白蛋白显著下降(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮能量水平对42~56日龄扬州鹅屠宰率和腹脂率有显著的影响,并对血液生化指标有一定影响。
Two hundred 42-day-age Yangzhou geese were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group,each replicate with 10 geese. Four metabolizable energy levels (10.11,11.19,12.37,13.45 MJ/kg)were used in diets in order to investigate the effects of dietary energy levels on the slaughter performance and biochemical index of 42-56 days age Yangzhou geese. The results were as follows:with dietary energy level increasing,dressing percentage and abdominal fat percentage were significantly improved (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in eviscerated percentage ,semi-eviscerated percentage ,breast muscle percentage ,leg muscle percentage,skin and subcutaneous fat weight percentage,subcutaneous fat thickness and inter-muscular fat width (P〉0.05). No significant differences were found in serum CHO,LDL,ALT,AST,TP and UA among treatments (P〉0.05). With the increasing of dietary energy levels,serum TG, VLDL and ALB were significantly decreased,whereas serum HDL was rised(P〈0.05). It was concluded that dietary energy levels could significantly improve dressing percentage,abdominal fat percentage and had certain effects on the biochemical index of 42 to 56 days age Yangzhou geese.
