摘要
针对全地形车辆的前悬架系统,利用机械系统仿真分析软件ADAMS建立其三维可视化模型,并对该模型进行运动特性仿真试验。结果表明,通过悬架系统的运动特性仿真分析,能有效地模拟现实环境,减少物理样机的试验次数,降低开发成本,可对实际生产起到借鉴和指导作用。
In view of the front suspension system of all-terrain vehicles, using mechanical system simulation analysis software ADAMS, a 3D visual model is established and a simulation test of the kinematic characteristics of the model is conducted. The result shows that the simulation analysis of the kinematic characteristics of the suspension system can effectively simulate real environment, reduce the number of tests of the physical prototype and reduce development expense and cost, which is of guidance to real production and can be used for reference.
