摘要
应用复合硝化菌制剂对鲫鱼、草鱼、淡水青虾进行了急性毒性试验。对小白鼠进行了30d喂养试验,进行血细胞和血液生化指标检测分析。结果显示,复合硝化菌制剂对鲫鱼和草鱼的96hLD50>1000mg/L,对淡水青虾的96hLD50>500mg/L。以每天500、250和50mg/只的剂量分别拌饵投喂小白鼠30d,小白鼠的体表外观,运动能力及内脏器官与对照组无差异,血细胞和血液生化指标与对照组无差异。
The acute toxicity test of Nitrobacteria complex preparation in crucian carp, grass carp and black shrimp were conducted. The effect of Nitrobacteria complex preparation on blood biochemical indexes was inves- tigated by 30 days feeding test in rats. The results of the acute toxicity tests showed that the half lethal dose (LD50) value of Nitrobacteria complex preparation on crucian carp and grass carp were more than 1 000 rag/L, LD50 value of black shrimp was more than 500 mg/L. 30 days feeding test showed that there were no difference in appearance characteristics and internal organs of rats between the treated groups (add 500,250 and 50 mg in rat every day diet) and untreated group. No significant differences were observed in blood biochemical indexes between the treated groups and untreated group. Our results indicated that Nitrobacteria complex preparation was safe to aquatic animals.
