不同气体成分对丰水梨果实采后品质和耐贮性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 针对丰水梨采后极易失水、软化和褐变等问题,探讨了不同气体成分对丰水梨采后品质和耐贮性的影响。试验设4个处理,即CA1(8%O2+1%CO2)、CA2(8%O2+3%CO2)、CA3(10%O2+1%CO2)、CA4(10%O2+3%CO2)和冷藏对照,贮藏温度为0~1.5℃。结果表明:与对照相比,气调贮藏能有效抑制果实果皮和果心的褐变,减缓果实硬度的下降,保持可溶性固形物含量的相对稳定,抑制果实膜透性的增大和减少果实失水。气调贮藏中以10%O2+3%CO2处理的效果最佳,贮藏期可达150 d。 Aiming at the technical problems of dehydration,softening and browning of Hosui pear,effects of controlled atmospheres on postharvest quality and storability of Hosui pear fruit were investigated.Controlled atmosphere treatments were set as CA1(8%O2+1%CO2),CA2(8%O2+3%CO2),CA3(10%O2+1%CO2) and CA4(10%O2+3%CO2),with refrigerated storage as CK,and all fruits were stored at(0-1.5)℃.The results showed that controlled atmosphere storage could inhibit browning in peel and flesh,alleviate the decline of firmness,maintain relatively steady total soluble solid content,suppress the increase in membrane permeability and reduce fruit desiccation in comparison to control fruit.CA4 treatment(10%O2 and 3%CO2) was optimum for the storage of Hosui pear,with the storage life lasting for 150 d.
