摘要
本文归纳了多梳拉舍尔蕾丝面料花纹设计中花纹和排列的特点,研究了蕾丝面料如何在工艺良好实现的同时,又能达到设计美观的效果。通过设计过程中梳栉利用的合理程度、纱线过渡处理的巧妙程度、组织的合理分布情况等三大工艺角度分析排列方法的可行性,使得排列能够较好地服务于不同特点主体花型的表现,使设计新颖且实用,为多梳拉舍尔蕾丝面料的花纹设计提供了思路和方法。
This paper has summarized the features of pattern and arrangement in multi-bar raschel lace patterns design and studied methods of how to realize fine aesthetic design effects while keeping a smooth manufacturing process in the meantime. By having analyzed three major processes namely the feasible arrangement ways with reasonable degree of guide bar using and the delicateness of yarn transition as well as the logical distribution of weaving construction, different patterns with distinctive design characteristics were better served by the fabric construction and a viable way to attain a good pattern design for raschel lace fabric is concluded in the paper.
