感特灵胶囊中黄芩苷的HPLC测定

Determination of Baicalin in Ganteling Jiaonang by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定感特灵胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法采用外标一点法,DiamonsilODS1C18色谱柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(50:50:0.2)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm。结果黄芩苷在0.1256～1.0048μg范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为Y=95952X+8108.6,r2=0.9997,平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.64%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为感特灵胶囊中黄芩苷的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法。

Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of Balcalin in Ganteling Oiaonang by HPLC. Methods Using Diamonsil ODS1 C18 Column, methanol-water-phosphoric acid （50 ： 50 ： 0.2） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 280 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.125 6- 1.004 8 μg for Balcalin and linear equation was Y= 95 952X＋8 108.6, r2=0.999 7. The average recovery was 98.8% and RSD was 1.64% （n =6）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate, proper, and the reduplication of the result was good, which provide scientific quantitative analysis method for the determination of Baicalin in Ganteling Jiaonang.
