电液可变气门高速开关阀用电磁铁设计与研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用经验公式与有限元分析相结合的方法对高速电磁铁进行设计以提高其电磁吸力和动态性能.建立了高速电磁铁的数学模型,利用Ansoft电磁场分析软件对隔磁角、衔铁长度、隔磁长度等按照经验公式无法获得的结构参数对高速电磁铁的静、动态特性影响进行了分析.在此基础上研制了高速电磁铁,并对其静、动态性能进行了测试,试验结果与仿真结果吻合,表明采用经验公式与有限元分析相结合的方法可以有效提高电磁铁的设计精度,而优化隔磁角、衔铁长度、隔磁长度等结构参数可以有效提高高速电磁铁静、动态性能. The high speed solenoid design method by combining finite element computation with empirical formula was proposed to improve its magnetic force and dynamic characteristics. The mathematical model of high speed solenoids was established and the impact of structure parameters,which could not be obtained by empirical formula,to the solenoid's static-dynamic characteristics,such as taper angle,length of armatures and non-magnetic length,was analyzed by Ansoft software. On the basis of this a high speed solenoid was designed and its static-dynamic performance was tested. The agreement between the experimental results and the simulation results proved that the design accuracy of solenoids can efficiently be improved by this method and the static-dynamic characteristics of high speed solenoids can be improved greatly by optimizing the taper angle,the length of armatures and the non-magnetic length.
