摘要
依据吴起县资源特征、农村经济现状,提出了丘原(涧)生态农业、丘陵沟壑林草恢复和梁峁川农果加工经营等3种最佳的农业生态经济耦合发展模式;根据耦合原则,并通过线性规划,合理利用各种结构要素在系统内相互的耦合作用,得到耦合发展的最佳农业生产结构;通过农业生态经济结构耦合,协调产业和资源(量)的关系,从根本上解决资源短缺和浪费并存问题。
According to the local conditions of the resources and the current economic situation, as a case study in Wuqi county, three best types of the coupling development models of agricultural eco-economic structure are put forward in this paper. The first one is the original Hill (Stream) ecological agriculture. The second one is the forest and grass recovery. The third one is fruit processing operations of Liangmao- chuang. Therefore, according to coupling principles, and through linear programming, legitimately use various structure elements in the inside system of the interaction, we can obtain the best coupling agricul- tural production structure. Through agricultural eco-economic structure coupling, coordinating relation- ship between the industry and the resources (volume), we can radically resolve the configurative problems between shortage of resources and waste.
