摘要
在深沟球轴承振动频谱结构分析基础上,引入了振动频谱的局部分析方法。应用细化分析和倒谱处理对振动频谱进行局部剖析,可以有效地分析影响轴承振动的制造误差因素如波纹度和保持架缺陷,指出影响轴承振动的主要制造误差成因。该方法适用于轴承制造质量分析和控制。
A method of local spectrum analysis is presented to process a bearing vibration signal based on the vibration frequency structure of a deep groove ball bearing.The characteristics frequency of manufacture errors,such as surface waviness and cage defect,can be efficiently extracted by using local zoom and cepstrum analysis from vibration,and the dominant defect effect on bearing vibration can be recognized.The presented method can be used in quality assurance of bearing.
