摘要
以某一四行程四缸柴油机为研究对象,基于实测的气缸压力和动力学方法计算了连杆轴承的载荷,进行了不同工况下的连杆轴承润滑分析。结果表明,在全负荷不同转速情况下,低转速时轴承最大油膜压力很大,标定转速时最小油膜厚度值最小;在相同转速下,轴承最大油膜压力随负荷增加逐渐增大,平均摩擦功耗也随之逐渐增大。
Taking a four-stroke four-cylinder diesel engine as the studying object,the lubrication of connecting rod bearing is analyzed under different working condition,based on the load of connecting rod bearing calculated by the measured cylinder pressure and the dynamic method.The results indicate that the value of maximum film pressure is higher with low-speed,and the value of minimum film thickness is smallest with rated speed.The maximum film pressure and average frictional power loss of bearing increases gradually when the load increases under the same rotational speed.
