摘要
采用超声法对荆芥精油(SBO)/β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物的制备工艺进行研究,确定的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率200 W,m(SBO):m(β-CD)=1:6,超声时间18 min,温度45℃.在此条件下,包合率可达76.2%.
In order to make schizonepeta tenuif olia Briq.volatile oil(SBO) -β- cyclodextrin inclusion(β- CD) complex,ultrasonic wave method was used in preparation.The optimum processing conditions by orthogonal design were as follows:the ultrasonic power was 200 W with duration time of 18 min, m(SBO):m(β- CD) = 1:6 at 45℃.When included at this condition,the inclusion rate was 76.2%.
