摘要
对壳聚糖水解制备氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GAH)进行研究,确定最佳工艺条件为:采用36%的浓盐酸,m(壳聚糖):m(盐酸)=1:6,反应温度95℃,反应时间7 h.在此条件下,GAH收率可达55.1%.
The preparation of glucosamine hydrochloride by hydrolysis of chitosan was studied,and the effect of reaction conditions on yield was discussed on emphasis.The results showed that when the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 36%,the mass ratio of chitosan and hydrochloric acid was 1:6,the reaction temperature was 95℃,and the total duration of hydrolysis was equal to 7 h,the yield of the glucosamine hydrochloride reached 55.1%.
