摘要
为提高已知频率微弱信号的检测精度和实时性,对比了模拟和数字相敏检波的实现方法,研究了数字相敏检波在DSP中的实现方法.采用先进的DSP芯片ADSP21992设计了已知频率多路数据采集系统的硬件电路,采用平方和开方运算的双线性逼近方法实现了数字相敏检波,通过在微电阻率扫描测井仪中的应用表明,系统的精度有了一定的提高,实时性能够满足仪器的实际应用.
In order to improve accuracy and real-time of the single frequency weak signal detection, analog phase-sensitive detection method and digital phase-sensitive detection (DPSD) method were compared, implementation method of DPSD in DSP was studied. Advanced DSP chip ADSP21992 is used to design single frequency muhichannel data acquisition system, and DPSD is realization in ADSP21992 with bilinear approximation method substituting extraction. The FMI logging application results showed that the accuracy of the system improve a certain extent, real-time meet the practical application.
