摘要
分析了当前物流企业在客户关系管理中存在的问题,探讨了物流客户关系管理(LCRM)的内涵及内容,进而提出了物流企业导入LCRM的实施策略。
The paper analyzes the problems existing in the current customer relationship management of logistics enterprises, probes in- to the connotation and specific contents of logistics customer relationship management (LCRM) and proposes the strategy for its implementa- tion by the enterprises.
