Based on an introduction of the definition and development course of drop-and-pull transport, the paper puts forth the imple- mentation strategy of overall resource planning and control information platform in the practice of drop-and-pull transport, which deals with the high-density resource allocation, data collection and disposal of the transport activities which are recalcitrant to traditional means.
