Construction of Quick Response Mode of Vehicle Equipment Support in MOOTW

快速反应是我军遂行非战争军事行动,提高车辆装备保障准备水平所必须具备的。结合外军和我军应对非战争军事行动措施现状,提出了非战争军事行动车辆装备保障快速反应模式建设指导思想和建设内容,旨在为我军有效地执行非战争军事行动车辆装备保障任务提供理论支持。

Quick reponse is a must in enhancing the level of vehicle equipment support in military operations other than war （ MOOTW ） by the PLA. The paper studies the current measures toward MOOTW of both the PLA and foreign armies and puts forth the guidelines for the construction of the quick response mode of vehicle equipment support in MOOTW and the specific construction items.
