Dyeing of milk protein knits with natural gallnut dyes

采用天然染料五倍子以预媒染色法、同媒染色法、后媒染色法和直接染色法对牛奶蛋白纤维针织物进行染色,选择对环境友好的明矾作为媒染剂,通过单因素试验和正交试验发现,较佳的染色工艺条件为:明矾5%(owf),60℃预媒染30 min;染料用量5%(owf),80℃染色45 min,浴比1∶30。此时,织物K/S值较高,鲜艳度好,色牢度佳。

Milk protein fiber knits were dyed with natural gallnut dyes by pre-mordanting, meta-mordanting, post-mordanting and direct dyeing separately. Taking environment-friendly alum as a mordant, optimum dyeing process was determined by experiments as follows： alum 5% （owf）, pre-mordanting at 60 ℃ for 30 minutes, and then dyeing at 80 ℃ for 45 minutes with dyes 5% （owf） and bath ratio 1：30. The dyeings had high K/S value, good brilliance and color fastness.
