摘要
棉包氨纶纬向弹力衬衣面料较为轻薄,染整加工时易产生卷边、折皱、门幅尺寸不稳定等问题。通过改进染整加工流程和工艺参数,如在烧毛前进行预定形,在漂白前进行190℃×60 s干定形,在丝光机轧碱槽前增加轧水槽等措施,确保面料幅宽、弹性和缩水率稳定。织物经免烫整理后平整度可达3.3级,缩水率小于3%,强力损失小,弹性好。
Problems of curling, crease and dimensional instability tend to occur in wet processing of core-spun cotton/polyure- thane weft-elastic shirt fabric. Via practical applications, some measures were put forward, such as pre-setting before singeing, dry setting at 190 ℃ for 60 seconds before bleaching and adding water squeeze tank before alkali squeeze tank in mercerization. Easy care finished fabric could gain good evenness of grade 3.3, little strength loss and good elasticity with shrinkage less than 3%.
