摘要
介绍了法国高速铁路TGV建设运营模式的成熟经验,探索了我国客运专线的设计规划的中远期战略规划、近期战术规划、日常运营计划三个阶段分层次推进落实的问题,在此基础上提出了通过完善客运专线车站及枢纽设计、构建以高速客运专线为骨架的综合交通体系、合理设置客运专线停站地点与停站方式等措施,更好地实现客运专线的经济效益与社会效益,加速推进我国城市化进程。
The paper introduces the experience of construction anti operation of the Freneh high-speed railway TGV and explores the three successive stages of the implementation of passenger dedicated railway lines (PDRL), namely, the mid-to-long-term strategic planning, the short-term tactical planning and the daily operational planning, based on which it proposes to better realize the socio-economie benefits of PDRL and speed up the process of Chinese urbanization through improving the stations and hubs of PDRL, establishing the high-speed PDRL---based comprehensive traffic system, setting up stations of PDRL at more reasonable locations and introducing more efficient stop patterns.
