From the perspective of the core competitiveness of dynamic alliance, the paper analyzes the mechanism of customer market segmentation (CMS) through methods of systems engineering, presents the specific procedures of CMS using gray relational model and arrives at the optimal target customer market for enterprises within a dynamic alliance.
