摘要
首先分析了危险品道路运输应急中心选址问题的研究现状,然后将点覆盖选址问题中的覆盖衰退理论应用于最大弧段覆盖应急中心选址问题,并提出了弧段覆盖连续衰退函数。随后建立了相应的弧段覆盖选址模型并采用一种贪婪的启发式算法对模型进行了求解。然后选取了一个三点的简单网络和广州市的危险品运输网络对提出的模型进行了验证,最后对最大弧段覆盖选址问题进行了总结和展望。
The paper first analyzes the current researches on the emergency center allocation of hazardous materials transportation, then applies the covering decay theory, first introduced in node-covering allocation, in the maximum arc-covering emergency center allocation and pro- poses the arc-covering continuous decay function. It then proceeds to establishes a corresponding arc-covering allocation model and employs greedy heuristic algorithm to its solution. The model is subsequently tested in an empirical study involving a three-node simplified network and the hazardous materials transportation network of Guangzhou. Finally future outlook of the method is given.
