Research on Supply Chain Financing Set Modes Based on Dynamic Pledge

以供应链各环节中小企业的动产能得到有效盘活且能顺利流转为研究目标,提出了一种创新的基于动态质押的融资集合模式,设计了该融资模式的结构和业务操作流程,并对动态质押和静态质押进行了比较。以一种动态的视角透视供应链质押融资服务,为银行和中小企业如何充分利用各自的资源提供了新的途径,使得供应链融资服务中各利益相关者的经济效益得到提升。

With the purpose of making full use of the movable property and transfering them effectively for small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs）, the paper proposes an innovative financing set model based on dynamic pledge, works out its framework and business operation processes and makes a comparison between dynamic pledge and static pledge. In the paper, the supply chain pledge financing is studied from a dynamic perspective which provides a new way for SMEs and banks to utilize their respective resources more effectively and increases the eco- nomic benefits for the stakeholders.
