摘要
复苏促进因子(Rpf)是存在于原核生物中的一类因子,该因子能够在皮摩尔水平以自分泌/旁分泌形式促进休眠菌的复苏和生长,其作用机制可能是参与了细胞间的信号转导,类似于真核生物的生长因子。Rpf广泛存在于高GC含量的革兰阳性菌中,最近在低GC含量的革兰阳性菌中也发现了复苏促进因子。国内外研究表明,如果能够揭开该因子的作用方式,有可能破解休眠菌的复苏机制,因此,有必要对该类因子研究进展做系统的总结。
Resuscitation-promoting factor is a class factor present in prokaryotes,which is able to promote the recovery and growth of the dormant bacteria by level of PM by autocrine and / or paracrine form,and its mechanism might be involved in signal transduction between cells,similar to the eukaryotic growth factor.Rpf is widespread in high-GC content Gram-positive bacteria,and also found in the low GC content Gram-positive bacteria recently.Domestic and international researches show that if the mode of action of the factor can be revealed,the recovery mechanism of dormant bacteria can be revealed,so it is necessary to summarize the progress on resuscitation-promoting factors.
