不同中药方剂对鸡传染性支气管炎的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effeets of Different Prescriptions of Chinese Traditional Medicines on Infectious Bronchitis

通过对不同中药方剂治疗传染性支气管炎的效果观察,筛选出疗效最佳的中药方剂。将200只15日龄蛋公雏随机分为5组:健康对照组(Ⅰ),攻毒对照组(Ⅱ),不同方剂给药组(Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ)。除健康对照组外其余4组接种IBV,0.3 mL/羽。药物治疗组于攻毒后48 h后分别饮服3个不同方剂的中药水煎浓缩液,连续给药5 d,结果表明,各药物治疗组死亡率显著低于感染对照组,呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。由麻黄、苦杏仁、石膏、甘草、黄芩、板蓝根、北豆根七味药物组成的方剂一组治愈率显著高于中药方剂二组和方剂三组,差异显著(P<0.05),治愈率82.5%,总有效率达到90%,治疗效果最佳。

This experiment was conducted to screen the valid prescription for cure infectious bronchitis,through studying the therapeutic effect of the different prescriptions.15-day-old chicks were randomly divided into five groups,group I as negative control group;groupⅡ as positive control group,and groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴas the different Chinese traditional medicine groups.Except for groupⅠ,chickens in other groups were inoculated intranasally with 0.3 mL of IBV-M41.Birds in herbal therapeutic groups were intervened with different prescriptions of Chinese medicines respectively 48 h post challenge for five days.The results showed that the mortalities of herb groups were lower than that of positive control group（P0.01）.The cure rate in prescriptionⅠ（mahuang,xingren,shigao,gancao,huangqin,banlangen,beidougen） group was higher than that in prescriptionⅡ and Ⅲ groups（P 0.05）.The cure rate in prescriptionⅠgroup was 82.5%,the total efficiency was 90%.
