摘要
为了解决磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)/骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)植入体强度低的缺陷,提出一种钛框架/CPC/BMP复合结构的植入体,参考犬桡骨半月形断面及尺寸,利用计算机辅助设计与加工方法完成了相似形状的钛框架设计与制造,并将糊状CPC填充晾干后植入犬桡骨部位.通过动物实验,分析研究了钙磷碳的变化规律,得出了植入体钙磷碳变化模型.研究表明:植入体内的碳含量按二次抛物线增长,钙和磷的含量按线性规律递减,钙磷比则保持稳定;钛框架上有孔处的钙磷碳变化效率明显高于无孔处的变化效率.研究结果不仅为设计钛框架的形状提供了依据,而且证实了这种植入体的钛框架在不明显影响降解速度的条件下具有较好的支撑作用,因此扩大了CPC的临床应用范围.
A new implant composed of calcium phosphate cement(CPC)/bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)/titanium frame is introduced to mend the low strength of CPC/BMP.Referring to the half-moon sections and sizes of canine radius,similarily shaped Ti-frame is designed and fabricated with computer-aided design and processing methods,then filled with CPC and implanted into the radial position of tested canine.By the animal experiment of half a year and succeeding experiment,the bone reconstruction model of this implant is built up.The results confirm that the atomic content of C increases following quadratic parabola,Ca and P contents decrease linearly but slowly,the Ca/P ratio keeps steadily;the CPC in the holes on the titanium frame is easier to be transformed than the other area without holes.The research reveals that the Ti-frame,without obvious effect on the degradation rate,fills a role of supporting to extend clinical application of the implant.
