间苯三酚注射液在宫腔镜手术前的临床应用

Analysing the value of trimethyphloroglucinol using before the uteroscope operation

目的探讨间苯三酚注射液在宫腔镜手术前应用的临床效果及应用价值。方法选择在我院行宫腔镜手术治疗患者198例,随机分为用药组(间苯三酚注射液组)97例,术前30 min肌肉注射间苯三酚注射液80mg;对照组(米索前列醇组)101例,术前3h阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇400μg。观察两组患者用药起效时间、用药后的宫颈松弛软化程度、手术效果、不良反应等。结果①用药起效时间,用药组较对照组短;②宫颈松弛软化程度用药组较对照组好;③手术效果,用药组较对照组好;④不良反应,用药组无明显不良反应,对照组有用药后手术前出血、血压升高等反应,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚注射液在促宫颈松弛软化中起效快、松弛度好、手术效果好、无明显的不良反应,特别适用于宫腔镜手术治疗,临床应用价值大,值得推广。

Objective Analyzing the clinical effects and the values about application of the utilizing of the trimethyphloroglucin before the hysteroscope operations.Methods There are 198 patients who accepted the hysteroscope operations in our hospital,they are separated into two groups in random：97 patients is the testing group,they all used the trimethyphloroglucin（80mg） by intramuscle injection in the time that 30mintues before the operations.101 people accepted the method that placing the misoprostol（400μg） in their posterior fornixs in the time that 3 hours before the operations.We observed the targets about the times to becoming valids,the degrees of relaxation of the patients′cervixes,effectiveness of those operations and those untoward reactions.Results ①The testing group has the shorter times to becoming valids than the control group;②The degree of relaxation of the patients＇ cervixes in the testing group is better than that of the control group;③The testing group has the better effectiveness of the operations;④The testing group has the untoward reactions than the control group.These differences all have the significance of statistics（P0.05）. Conclusions The control trimethyphloroglucin used in the hysteroscope operations can soften the cervix efficaciously and this medicine has the untoward reactions,it can be used in the course of treatments of hysteroscope operations,it should be spreaded in our clinical works because of these conspicious fortes.
