康复新联合前列腺素E1脂肪乳注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效观察

Clinical observation on diabetic foot ulcer treated with Kangfuxin plus lipo PGE1

目的评价康复新液联合前列腺素E1脂肪乳注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择糖尿病足溃疡患者30例,随机分为两组。治疗组15例,外用康复新液联合静脉滴注前列腺素E1脂肪乳注射液;对照组15例,给予常规西药治疗;4周为1个疗程。两组患者均采用胰岛素或胰岛素联合口服药物控制血糖,抗生素控制感染,足部溃疡局部清创引流、坏死组织清除等治疗。结果根据症状及溃疡面积判断疗效。治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率73.3%(P<0.01)。结论康复新液联合前列腺素E1脂肪乳注射治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效优于常规西药治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin plus lipo PGE1 on diabetic ulcer foot.Methods 30 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were enrolled ∶15（treatment group） were randomly assigned to receive Kangfuxin（external use） plus lipo PGE1（iv gtt）,and the other 15（control group） to receive routine western medicine therapy（lipo PGE1 iv gtt）.One course of treatment lasted 4 weeks.In addition,both groups received insulin alone or in combination with oral drugs to control blood sugar and antibiotics to control infection,with foot ulcer treated with bridement,drainage,systematic antibiotics,and removal of necrotic tissue etc.Results The effictive rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 73.3% in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion As compared with the routine therapy with western medicine,the combination therapy of Kangfuxin and lipo PGE1 Hydrochloride has better efficacy for diabetic ulcer foot.
