盐酸布替萘芬乳膏治疗浅部真菌疗效观察

Clinical study of butenafine hydrochloride in the treatment of superficial mycoses

目的探讨1%盐酸布替萘芬治疗浅部真菌病的疗效和安全性。方法对患者进行治疗前后临床疗效和真菌疗效评价。结果治疗两周时,体股癣组患者痊愈率和总有效率分别为82.14%和96.42%,手足癣组患者痊愈率和总有效率分别为66.32%和76.84%,花斑癣痊愈率和总有效率分别为71.79%和87.18%。疗程结束时,体股癣组患者痊愈率和总有效率分别为85.71%和98.81%,手足癣组患者痊愈率和总有效率分别为77.89%和85.26%,花斑癣痊愈率和总有效率分别为82.05%和96.15%。所有患者中局部不良反应率仅为1.16%。结论1%盐酸布替萘芬治疗浅部真菌病安全、疗效肯定。

Objective To investigaten the efficacy and safety of 1% butenafine hydrochloride in the treatment of superficial mycoses.Methods We evaluate the clinical and mycological efficacy during and after treatment.Results After the two weeks of study,for tinea cruris and tinea corporis patients,the overall cure rates and the response rates were 82.14% and 96.42%.Tinea pedis and mannum patients were 66.32% and 76.84%.Tinea uersicolor patients were 71.79% and 87.18%.After the end of study,for tinea cruris and tinea corporis patients,the overall cure rates and the response rates were 85.71% and 98.81%.Tinea pedis and mannum patients were 77.89% and 85.26%.Tinea uersicolor patients were 82.05% and 96.15%.The local adverse reaction rate of these patients were 1.16%.Conclusion 1% But enafine hydrochloride is effective and well-tolerated in the treatment of superficial mycoses.
