膀胱移行细胞癌中P-gp170平均光密度值的表达

摘要 目的探讨P-gp170在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法运用免疫组织化学S-P法检测9例正常膀胱粘膜组织和40例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P-gp170的表达水平,利用图像分析技术测量阳性细胞的平均光密度值。结果膀胱移行细胞癌P-gp170的平均光密度值高于正常膀胱粘膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后复发的移行细胞癌P-gp170的平均光密度值明显高于初发膀胱移行细胞(P<0.05)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P-gp170的平均光密度值与病理分级有关(P<0.05),与TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。结论P-gp170在膀胱移行细胞癌组织,特别在复发性移行细胞癌组织中高表达,可能与移行细胞癌化疗耐药性、发生及发展有关联,具有一定的临床意义。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of P-gp170 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of P-gp170 in normal bladder mucosa(n=9) and bladder transitional cell carcinoma(n=40) were detected by the immunohistochemistry S-P mothod,and mean optical density of positive cells were measured by image analysis technology.Results The mean optical density of P-gp170 was higher in bladder transitional cell carcinoma than that in normal bladder mucosa,there was statistical signficance in P-gp170 expression between groups(P0.05).Recurrent bladder transitional cell carcinoma treated by chemotherapy was more likely expression than primary bladder tumor(P0.05).The mean optical density of P-gp170 was positively correlated with pathological grade in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(P0.05),and has no correlation with TNM stage(P0.05).Conclusion P-gp170 is highly expressed in bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue,especially in recurrent bladder transitional cell carcinoma.P-gp170 is probably related with drug resistance,occurrence and development of bladder carcinoma.The expression of P-gp170 has clinical significance in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
