摘要 选择一株醋酸杆菌Acetobacter sp.CCTCC M209061,通过单因素和正交实验确定醋酸杆菌产乙醇脱氢酶(Alcohol Dehydrogenase,ADH)的最优发酵条件。结果表明,产ADH的最优培养条件为温度30℃、pH值6.0、通气量为100 mL/250 mL、接种量为8%,在此条件下发酵培养24 h,发酵液酶活可达0.340 U/mL。 Acetobacter sp. CCTCC M209061 was selected in the experiment. Its optimum fermentation conditions to produce ADH were determined by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments as follows: temperature was at 30℃, pH value was 6.0 and air flow wasl00 mL/250 mL, and inoculating quantity was 8 %. Under the above conditions, the enzyme activity of fermenting broth could reach up to 0.340 u/mL after 24 h fermentation.
