摘要
科学技术是生产力结构中的决定因素,现代科学技术是决定经济增长的主要因素,推动整个社会的经济、政治、文化发展。中国白酒已有数千年的发展历史,是具有中国民族特色的传统产业。民族传统产业能否持续、健康地发展,取决于科技发展、科技创新及对现代科技的合理应用。
Science and technolgy are the determinants in the structure of modem productive force. Besides, they are the main factors influencing economic growth and they play important roles in advancing the economic, political and cultural development. Chinese liquor has thousands years of history and liquor-making is the traditional industry with Chinese national characteristics.
