择时定喘膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Time-selected Acupoint Application of Antiasthmatic Paste in Treating Infantile Cough and Dyspnea

目的观察择时定喘膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘的疗效。方法将120例住院患者随机分为四组,时间选择在三伏、冬至当日穴位贴药(A组),时间选择在三伏穴位贴药(B组),时间选择在冬至当日(C组),不择时间(D组)。观察四组患者治疗前后的症状、体征,计算各组总显效率、有效率,并做统计学处理,比较其疗效。结果四组之间总有效率和显效率相互比较,依次为A组>B组>C组>D组,其中A组、B组疗效最为明显。结论夏季三伏中药定喘膏穴位贴敷能有效地预防咳喘和减轻临床症状与体征。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint application of antiasthmatic paste during different time in treating infantile cough and dyspnea. Methods One hundred and twenty inpatients were randomly allocated to four groups. Acupoint application was performed during dog days and on the winter solstice （group A）, during dog days （group B）, on the winter solstice （group C） or on an unselected day （group D）. The symptoms and signs were examined in the four groups of patients before and after treatment. The marked efficacy rate and the efficacy rate were calculated in each group. A statistical analysis was made to compare their therapeutic effects. Results Regarding to the comparison of marked efficacy rate and efficacy rate among the four groups, the highest is in group A, and then is group B, group C and group D in order. The therapeutic effect is the best in group A and B. Conclusion Acupoint application of antiasthmatic herbal paste in dog days can prevent asthma and reduce the clinical symptoms and signs.
