摘要
目的观察电针治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法门诊收治60例股骨头缺血性坏死患者,采用电针治疗,观察治疗前后Harris评分改变。结果经过电针治疗总的优良率为82.7%,患者的Harris总分提高,特别是在疼痛和关节功能方面改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电针治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效确实可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods Sixty patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head were treated with electroacupuncture.Changes in the Harris score were assessed after treatment.Results After electroacupuncture treatment,the excellence and goodness rate was 82.7%.The Harris score increased in the patients.Especially,the pains and joint function improved obviously,and there was a statistically significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture has a positive therapeutic effect on ischemic necrosis of femoral head.
