道光年间江西盐枭走私个案剖析——以《吴文节公遗集》为例

在为官江西多年的吴文镕所遗留下来的《吴文节公遗集》一书当中,记载有大量的私盐个案①,其中有不少属于盐枭走私案例,透过这些私盐案例,我们可以清晰地看到,道光年间发生在江西的盐枭走私个案,具有人数多、私盐贩卖量大、危害烈的特点。这一历史阶段盐枭走私之所以异常活跃,与当时各级盐务官弁、地方官员和缉私兵役的"不作为"与"乱作为"密切相关。
