摘要
论述了高校图书馆客观条件制约和自身人力资源管理不足的现状,从高校图书馆内部出发,从人力资源管理理念、制度建设、队伍建设及管理机制建设等方面探讨加强人力资源管理。
This paper gives a description of the current situations of the academic libraries. The result of this study showed that there were objective condition limitations and human resource management insufficiencies in academic libraries. Based on these findings, the author recommends that we should strengthen the human resource management in terms of human resource management idea, system construction, team formation and management mechanism based on the internal situation of the academic libraries.
